Note: This Benjamin Franklin Swasey is NOT my grandfather Benjamin Franklin Swezey. 


2. "Mathers Refugees", by Fredric Gregory Mathers. Albany NY J.B. Lyon Co. 1913. 1204 pages. E 263 N6M4. This books talks about people (including some Swezeys) fleeing from Long Island to Connecticut in 1776 to escape the oncoming British forces.
   
   
3. "The Swezeys of Huntingdon", by C.Eugene Swezey. Huntingdon, Long Island, NY. 1969. I have never seen this book. It is listed as being in the New York Public Library.
