18-Month Maintenance Service

What this service includes:

-Oil and oil filter change
-Replacement of air conditioner filter
-Tire rotation

Visit Summary:

Servicing took about an hour and 50 minutes, including some time taken by one of the techs to drive my car in an attempt to hear and isolate my randomly occurring dash rattle. Unfortunately, the tech was unsuccessful in reproducing the rattle, but it was once again noted in my records and I was told to bring my car back if it becomes more consistent. 

I asked to see the old air conditioner filter that was replaced (I was curious to see what it was like and how much junk it trapped) and was pleasantly surprised by how thick the filter was, and even more surprised by how relatively clean it still was after 18-months. 

The visit was pretty uneventful otherwise. I played some Game Boy, watched some TV and answered another waiting customer's questions about the Prius.
